ePS achieves security certifications
Software provider completes SOC 2 Type 1 attestation and ISO 27001:2022 certification.
eProductivity Software (ePS) has completed its Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 attestation and achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification across operations in the US, the United Kingdom and India.
The independent SOC 2 Type 1 audit validates that ePS has implemented a comprehensive set of controls designed to protect customer data and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its systems.
Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 framework is an international standard for evaluating an organization's internal controls aligned to the Trust Services Criteria (TSC). The ePS SOC 2 Type 1 attestation covers the Security principle, confirming that systems are safeguarded against unauthorized access, misuse and other risks.
'Achieving SOC 2 Type 1 and ISO 27001:2022 certification reflects our continued investment in a cloud-first security posture and the governance needed to support our global customer base,' noted Scott Brown, CIO at ePS. 'These milestones validate the strength of our security program and underscore the trust customers place in ePS to safeguard their data while powering their operations.'
ePS has also achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) across its three core locations in the US, the United Kingdom and India. ISO 27001:2022 is one of the world's most widely recognized information security standards. This certification confirms that ePS applies consistent, audited security practices across design, development, hosting and operational processes for its global cloud offerings.
These independently verified certifications strengthen ePS' ability to support sales, customer success management (CSM) and professional services teams during customer evaluations, RFP processes, security assessments and due diligence, where validated security controls and compliance frameworks are essential decision factors.
The milestones build on ePS' recent EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification and reinforce the company's commitment to delivering secure and scalable cloud offerings to the global packaging industry.
'Our cloud strategy is built on trust, resilience and transparency,' Brown added. 'With SOC 2 Type 1, ISO 27001:2022 and DPF certification, we have created a security foundation that supports customers as they accelerate their cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.'
ISO 27001:2022 certification reports are available to customers upon request. SOC 2 Type 1 reports are available to customers and partners upon request under a valid nondisclosure agreement (NDA). More information about ePS' security and compliance programs is available on the ePS Security Page.
