ePS updates label converter ERP platform
CommandCore 2026.2 targets skills gap with AI estimating and multilingual workflows.
ePS has released CommandCore 2026.2, a major update to its packaging ERP platform with a range of new features for label and tag converters, addressing the loss of institutional knowledge as experienced estimators, planners and operators retire from the industry.
For label converters using Paxis ERP, the update extends AI-powered dynamic translation across all workflows, allowing multilingual teams to work in their native language without manual localization. The release also delivers improved Click Charge management for more accurate job costing, expanded reporting capabilities and additional pricing methods, reducing reliance on workarounds outside the platform.
Across the broader CommandCore platform, Radius Estimating introduces pre-defined route templates that encode proven routing logic configured by senior estimators and applied automatically to all subsequent estimates, reducing dependency on individual operator knowledge. An Estimate Win Predictor scores the conversion probability of new estimates using each customer's own historical data, while a Customer Churn Predictor flags accounts showing early signs of attrition, giving account managers the chance to intervene before revenue is lost.
PrintFlow 4D gains Order Promising, allowing customer-facing teams to generate system-backed delivery commitments by simulating prospective orders against the live schedule without disrupting confirmed jobs. Unconfirmed promises expire automatically. AC4D Packing Station Advanced integrates directly with robotic palletizer systems, triggering label printing automatically on pallet completion without operator intervention.
'Packaging manufacturers are facing a real knowledge-transfer challenge,' said Craig Tait, chief product officer at ePS. 'CommandCore 2026.2 helps plants capture the expertise of their best people and make it repeatable across the business, from estimating and planning to production control and customer commitments.'
