HiFlow ERP launches AI-powered purchase order processing
The AI automation eliminates manual data entry and accelerates order processing.

HiFlow Solutions has launched AI-powered purchase order processing for packaging and label converters, automating PO intake, accelerating approvals and eliminating manual data entry.
The system extracts and verifies order details from emails, registers them into the ERP platform and initiates production workflows without manual intervention. HiFlow, a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner, uses machine learning, natural language processing, advanced vision recognition and analytics to power the technology.
The AI scans emails for new purchase orders, extracts key order data, validates it and automatically imports it into the ERP system. It fills in header and line item details, creates PO records, attaches documents and manages acknowledgment and approval communications. Once registered, the system routes orders to production scheduling, updates inventory and notifies relevant departments.
Early adopter Badger Paperboard has seen accelerated processing times while reducing errors and inconsistencies across its four locations through standardized workflows.
