Multi-Color Corporation acquires Di-Na-Cal label business

Di-Na-Cal operates manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio and Greensboro, North Carolina and provides decorative label products primarily in the heat transfer label markets for the home and personal care, and food and beverage segments through long-standing relationships with blue chip national and multi-national customers.

Di-Na-Cal decorative heat transfer labels and label systems are described as ‘the most durable in the industry’ and said to be ‘tough enough for hot-fill applications up to 200 degrees F’. Reverse gravure-printed Di-Na-Cal labels give products a premium appearance with 'rich aesthetics and a seamless, no-label look'.
