Sandon Global strengthens Asian market commitment
UK-based anilox manufacturer targets growth in India and across the wider region ahead of a trade agreement.
Sandon Global has reinforced its commitment to the Indian and wider Asian flexographic printing industry, participating as a Bronze Partner at Flexo Summit Asia 2025, while highlighting its strategic focus on regional market expansion.
The UK-based anilox manufacturer already works with around one-third of India's flexible packaging manufacturers and anticipates further growth following the forthcoming UK-India Free Trade Agreement, expected to streamline trade and reduce tariffs from 2026.
'We're committed to helping flexo printers across Asia achieve greater consistency, efficiency and profitability,' commented Tinku Sharma, regional sales manager for India at Sandon Global. 'This is a great platform to engage with leading professionals from across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, the UAE and Southeast Asia.'
The summit's theme of possibilities, profits and people celebrates collaboration and innovation as key drivers of growth in the region's flexo market, aligning with Sandon Global's strategy to strengthen its anilox brand across India and Asia.
Sandon Global will showcase its engraving technologies, including XPRO, High Volume Process, Fluid FP and GMX Anilox, each designed to deliver consistent, durable and high-performance results. Visitors will be able to explore how these hybrid engravings help converters overcome pressroom challenges, enhance print quality and maximize operational efficiency.
'Our advanced anilox technologies are the result of precision engineering and materials science working hand in hand, from our unique sleeve and end ring construction to the robust coating quality control carried out in our world-class metallurgical laboratory,' explained Sharma. 'This consistency ensures precise engraving, optimal cell formation and reliable ink release, all of which directly impact optical density and print performance.'
With the UK-India Free Trade Agreement expected to make its anilox products more accessible, the company anticipates stronger partnerships in the region as Asia's flexo sector continues setting new benchmarks in quality and innovation.
