EyeC hosted an open house at its headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, from May 13-14. More than 50 national and international visitors from the printing, packaging and pharmaceutical industries took the opportunity to learn more about the latest developments and technological innovations in the field of automated print image inspection.

The two-day event focused on practical live demonstrations, presentations on the latest developments and discussions with EyeC experts. The new AI-based defect classification within the in-line inspection systems of the EyeC ProofRunner line attracted particular interest. This technology promises more precise defect detection and increased efficiency in in-line inspection.

The open house also provided visitors with technical content. The presented EyeC Validation Support was particularly interesting to representatives from the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. This service supports the efficient and documented implementation of 100 percent of regulatory requirements.

Markus Fietkau, sales director at EyeC, said: 'Our aim was not only to present our technologies to the visitors, but above all to strengthen the personal dialogue about future requirements. The enormous interest and positive feedback show that our systems set standards in terms of quality assurance, regulatory requirements and process optimization.'

A program featuring an exclusive harbor tour rounded off the event, providing space for networking and in-depth discussions.
