ePS showcases full converting software suite at Loupe

Paxis, Radius, PrintFlow and CommandCore platforms on show at Chicago exhibition.

eProductivity Software will present its full portfolio of ERP, production scheduling and manufacturing intelligence platforms at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, targeting label and packaging converters at every stage of digital maturity.

At the core of the showcase is the CommandCore platform, ePS's unified architecture for packaging manufacturing connecting ERP, MES, scheduling, quality, analytics and sustainability applications across a shared data model and common user interface. At its center is PACK AI, the platform's artificial intelligence layer, supporting data and business intelligence, integration and automation, cloud and UX capabilities. CommandCore covers label, folding carton, corrugated, flexible and rigid packaging operations.

Two ERP platforms will be demonstrated. Paxis is a cloud-native SaaS platform built from the ground up specifically for small and growing independent label converters, supporting both digital and analog processes across intelligent estimating, SKU and item-based order management and integrated production management. Unlike adapted versions of generic ERP systems, Paxis is designed for rapid deployment with minimal IT requirements and can scale into other ePS ERP platforms as a business grows. Radius is a purpose-built end-to-end ERP platform for folding carton, label and flexible packaging converters, covering estimating and costing, production planning, CRM, business intelligence and multi-site enterprise support.

Auto-Count 4D provides the manufacturing intelligence layer with real-time production monitoring through a browser-based interface, automated data collection, OEE measurement, downtime tracking and KPI dashboards, and claims to improve production efficiency by up to 20 percent. PrintFlow completes the portfolio with automated finite capacity scheduling, real-time production optimization, constraint-based scheduling and multi-plant planning capabilities.
