Fujifilm donates more than €26,000 to WaterAid in six months

As part of an initiative that began in May 2012, Fujifilm is donating a percentage of the sales of every square metre of its Brillia HD PRO-T3 “processless” plates (pictured, top) sold in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to WaterAid.
Fujifilm said it was not anticipating such high figures so soon.
Susie Kennedy, corporate account manager for WaterAid, added: ‘The money raised means that we can continue to help transform the lives of some of the world’s poorest communities by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation through projects such as building toilet blocks at schools and installing water pumps in rural villages.
