Double E Group unveils RollMover EZX

Double E Group, a web handling, converting and material handling specialist, has introduced RollMover EZX, the latest advancement designed with ergonomic features and a high-efficiency battery to provide a safer, more productive technology for easily moving heavy rolls.

The latest version of the well-established RollMover features a re-engineered handle and base that dramatically improve maneuverability, reduce operator fatigue and increase safety.

The EZX is also powered by a new 36V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery. This chemistry offers up to 5,000 charge cycles, exceeding traditional lithium-ion alternatives, while maintaining safety and performance under heavy industrial loads. With over 10 years of shelf life, stable temperature response, and built-in safeguards against overheating or deep discharge damage, the EZX’s power system reduces maintenance costs and downtime.

The RollMover EZX can move rolls weighing up to 8,000 lbs with diameters ranging from 16 to 120in and features an intuitive on/off switch with a swivel handle and a variable-speed twist throttle that provides accurate movement. A new reinforced steel frame and high-visibility safety finish ensure longevity and secure operation in industrial environments.
