Brigl & Bergmeister makes management changes
Brigl & Bergmeister, a manufacturer of label and flexible packaging papers, has named Bernhard Mayer as its sole managing director, succeeding Michael Sablatnig who is to retire from the position by February 28.
Mayer joined the company in 1985 and was appointed as managing director in the technical field, for both Brigl & Bergmeister and Papirnica Vevče, in July 2015, which is reported here. He will now act as the company’s sole managing director and will also take over the agenda of Sablatnig, who is to remain in the Roxcel Group in an advisory role and for specific projects.
‘We thank Mr Sablatnig for his excellent work in the last years with the B&B Group,’ Brigl & Bergmeister said in a statement.
Further, Norbert Peintinger has been appointed as general manager, and head of sales and marketing for Brigl & Bergmeister and Papirnica Vevče. Peintinger joined the company in 1993, gaining experience in several roles.
