Flexo Wash US has created two new positions as part of its steady growth over the last few years.
Natalie Fowler was hired as a customer experience manager. In her role, she will enhance the customer experience and cultivate customer relationships. This newly created position will lead the company’s customer experience initiatives. Fowler has advanced experience with inside sales, operational management, logistics and customer service.
Brian Herndon was hired as a new warehouse manager who will assist Flexo Wash’s sales/service team with the large inflow and outflow of products from its warehouse. In Flexo Wash’s new corporate headquarters (established in May 2018), the company was able to build a warehouse custom-suited to all of its inventory and demo center needs. Herndon has vast experience with customer service and has direct knowledge of the manufacturing service industry.
