Stora Enso appoints Consumer Board leader

Bresky’s appointment follows the departure of Jari Latvanen, the previous head of Stora Enso’s Consumer Board division, who has started as CEO of HKScan. Bresky will also join Stora Enso’s group leadership team. She will join Stora Enso, at the latest, by May 1, 2017 and be based in Stockholm. Stora Enso’s CEO Karl-Henrik Sundström will act as head of the Consumer Board division until Bresky starts.

Bresky is currently president and CEO of Iggesund Paperboard, and has previously worked as mill director at BillerudKorsnäs. She also worked at Stora Enso’s Kvarnsveden Mill from 2001 to 2010, holding engineering and superintendent positions.

Sundström described Bresky as a, ‘perfect match for our opportunities in the Consumer Board division.

‘Her extensive experience both in production and leadership positions forms a solid background for her to take one of our growth businesses into the future,’ commented Sundström.
