Dulari Printpack installs Kridwinn's digital finishing machines

The investment complements Dulari's established expertise in photo albums and commercial digital printing.

Ludhiana, India-based Dulari Printpack has enhanced its digital label finishing and embellishment capabilities by investing in Kridwinn Innovations' advanced post-press systems. The converter has opted for a Luxarjet UV inkjet varnish and foil system (330 mm) and Vorey VD330 digital label die-cutter, integrated with the PC350 sheet option.

These systems enable the production of labels featuring UV varnish, foiling, embossing and high-precision die-cutting, in both roll and sheet formats. The combined workflow allows Dulari to handle complex embellishment jobs with consistent quality, improved efficiency and faster turnaround times.

The investment supports Dulari’s strategic expansion into the rapidly growing digital label segment, complementing its established expertise in photo albums and commercial digital printing.

With brand owners increasingly seeking differentiation through superior shelf appeal, finishing and embellishment have emerged as key value drivers in label production. In response to this market shift, Dulari Printpack has installed these machines to move beyond conventional label printing and cater to premium and value-added label requirements across diverse industry segments.

Rahul Goyal, director of Dulari Printpack, said: 'The investment is an integral part of the company’s long-term growth strategy in the label business. In today’s competitive environment, printing alone is no longer sufficient. Post-print enhancements play a decisive role in creating differentiation.'

He futher commented: 'The newly installed systems are helping elevate both the visual appeal and perceived value of Dulari’s label offerings.'

The company identified the growing need for advanced embellishments that deliver greater depth, texture and a premium finish. The Kridwinn systems now enable precise and repeatable foiling and UV varnish applications, particularly in roll format, which brand owners increasingly prefer.

The post-press machines from Kridwinn have enabled Dulari to produce high-impact, value-added labels in roll form. These capabilities are particularly relevant for the sectors where short runs, multiple SKUs and premium presentation are critical.

Dinesh Thakur, director of sales and marketing at Kridwinn Innovations, said: 'Dulari’s focus on short runs, high SKU volumes and premium embellishment aligns closely with the design intent of Kridwinn’s Luxarjet UV inkjet varnish and foil systems.'

He further noted: 'Our association with Dulari Printpack is built on shared values of quality, innovation and sustainable long-term growth. Kridwinn’s machines aim to enable converters to transition from commodity label production to brand-driven offerings.

'By integrating digital printing with advanced finishing and embellishment, Dulari Printpack is now better equipped to deliver labels that enhance brand identity and shelf impact rather than competing primarily on price.'

For Kridwinn Innovations, the addition of Dulari Printpack Group to its growing customer base further strengthens its position as a technology partner for converters investing in next-generation digital finishing and embellishment systems.
