Heraeus Noblelight completes acquisition of Fusion UV Systems, Inc.

Following the approval by the relevant authorities, Heraeus Noblelight has successfully completed the acquisition of Fusion UV Systems, Inc. headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland (USA).
‘With this transaction, the leading provider of UV light sources will be created under the umbrella of the Heraeus technology group,’ says David Harbourne, president Fusion UV Systems. ‘Our customers will benefit from our unique expert application knowledge, a technology portfolio covering all known methods of UV light generation and our global presence in all important industrialized markets.’ During the coming months, the two companies will be integrated into a single business unit.
