RotoMetrics to open repair and technology center in China

The center is an investment by RotoMetrics to further strengthen the support for its existing and new customers in this market.

The center is equipped to repair RD300 solid dies. RotoMetrics added that tag and label customers almost exclusively use flexible dies in Asia and with its new service center, it is enhancing the service offered to flexible die customers in China.

With this resource in China, RotoMetrics said it will be able to evaluate specific requirements to convert label materials, carry out fast investigations of customer concerns, and also carry out repairs on magnetic cylinders and anvils without the need to go through lengthy and difficult export and import procedures.

Sales, customer service, technical support and repair services are all located under one roof at the new center. Bringing together these services in one location will further enhance support to customers in China, RotoMetrics said.
