Anygraphics invests in Alphasonics ultrasonic cleaning system

Weldon Celloplast, the Indian representative of Alphasonics, has confirmed the sale of a Melanie Duo ultrasonic cleaning system to Anygraphics, a label printer in Delhi-NCR.

The system features dual frequency ultrasonics, along with the patented Betasound technology. The system also includes a second patented technology known as Active Cavitation, which has been designed to greatly speed up the cleaning process.  

David Jones, managing director of Alphasonics, said: ‘We are very pleased to have been able to complete this sale with the gracious help of Weldon Celloplast and hope that Anygraphics will soon be reaping the benefits of this unique technology. This is a unique device that enables great control over the anilox rolls.’

Harveer Sahni, Weldon Celloplast managing director, added: ‘With the installation of Anygraphics first flexo press, Alphasonics was the most reliable product they could have chosen for anilox cleaning.’

Other products displayed by Weldon Celloplast at Labelexpo India 2016 include Vetaphone corona treaters and Lartec flexible dies. Companies at the show floor represented by Weldon Celloplast are Brotech for its digital finishing machines, Martin Automatic and label presses from Omet in India.
