Heartland buys LaserClean anilox roll cleaning system
LaserClean has sold an anilox roller cleaning system to Heartland Label Printers from Little Chute, Wisconsin on the show floor at Labelexpo Americas 2018.
This has seen it acquire an ALCS 1000 S. This off-line laser cleaning system for narrow web is suitable for label rollers and sleeves of up to 100cm and 25kg, with a diameter of 50-200mm, and removing of barings and chain wheels is not needed. Intensive cleaning of a label roller takes aproximately five minutes.
Heartland has made the investment in to enhance the quality of its output, which will be enhanced by its news anilox roll cleaning technology.
