Total Print Solutions has ordered its first USAR 430. Mudrika Labels has invested in two Vinsak USAR 430 machines with 100 percent inspection systems.

Manish Desai of Mudrika Lables said: ‘We have had a good experience with these made-in-India products that offer high quality at a good price. Therefore, we have invested in these machines to augment our finishing capacity.’

These machines are on display at Labelexpo India 2018 and are expected to be installed at the respective factories by December 2018. While one variant of USAR allows a standard rotary die-cutting unit for roll to roll labels to be installed with a sheet conveyor, the second is developed to slit lamitube materials and thin films.

Sanjdip Kandhari, director at Vinsak, said: ‘The discerning Indian convertor is asking for higher accuracies, more bespoke features, capabilities to handle multiple substrates, personalization and inkjet facilities, all of which we have now integrated into our USAR range. We will continue to launch new features on a regular basis.’

Vinsak has installed more than 40 machines globally in the last two years.
