Systech launches pharma traceability platform

Systech has launched TraceIQ, an enterprise traceability platform for pharmaceutical supply chains that moves beyond serialization compliance to provide AI-assisted investigation, exception resolution and operational intelligence across manufacturing sites, contract manufacturing organizations and logistics partners.

The platform is designed to address a gap in first-generation serialization systems, which were built primarily to meet compliance mandates and exchange data with trading partners but leave teams struggling to resolve operational issues quickly when exceptions arise. TraceIQ combines compliance capabilities with an operational intelligence layer, enabling teams to identify patterns in traceability data, investigate root causes and take corrective action before shipment holds or investigation delays occur.

Three core outcomes are built into the platform: validation and guardrails to identify data errors before they create downstream exceptions, centralized traceability data with AI-assisted investigation for faster exception resolution, and analytics and intelligent assistance for supply chain, quality and compliance teams. TraceIQ is currently in production with customers and was demonstrated at the HDA Traceability Seminar in Washington DC from August 31, 2026.
