Inland named best workplace in the Americas in 2017 competition

Printing Industries of America created the BWA awards to specifically honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment.

The annual best workplace in the Americas awards are designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts which contribute to a successful workplace. A panel of respected HR professionals from the print industry judged entrants against benchmarking categories that promote the most sought-after qualities of today's workforce, including: communication and culture, employee resources and benefits, and work environment and safety. Inland was commended by judges on their work environment, insurance benefits and charitable activities.

‘It is a privilege to be honored year-after-year for this industry award,’ said Mike Skroch, vice president of human resources at Inland. ‘Inland continues to invest in our company and employees while maintaining a safe and reputable place to work.’

Michael Makin, president and CEO of Printing Industries of America, agrees. ‘Companies recognized in the best workplace in the Americas program exhibit the highest commitment to success in many ways, but particularly through their employees. Congratulations to Inland.’
