Marvaco moves into Sweden

The acquisition of Linds Flexo, a Swedish pre-press company based in Helsingborg, has expanded Marvaco’s operations to Sweden. Owner and managing director Mats Lind is now a partner at Marvaco. He also continues leading Linds Flexo and has become the country manager of Marvaco Sweden.

Marvaco is the most awarded packaging pre-media and flexo plate supplier in Scandinavia. The company has gained 17 HD Flexo certificates together with its partners since 2010.

Linds Flexo will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2014, and is to continue operations in Sweden under the name of Linds Flexo.

The acquisition was realized due to the common aim of both companies to offer a broader range of services and resources to their customers.

Mats Lind said: ‘I believe that joining Marvaco will offer us possibilities to expand operations and grow together with our customers, respectively in Sweden as Marvaco has been able to do in Finland.’
