Maxcess adds Valley Roller Company to portfolio

Maxcess has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Valley Roller Company, a specialist in rubber covered rolls for use in a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to, pulp and paper, tissue, converting, plastics, coating and laminating.

Valley Roller Company joins Webex, Fife, Tidland and Magpowr under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess

Headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, with a second state-of-the-art facility in Mansfield, Texas, Valley Roller Company joins Webex, Fife, Tidland and Magpowr under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess umbrella. Leveraging more than 30 years of experience, Valley Roller Company will expand Maxcess’ offering while adding value to the existing portfolio of web handling products. In February, Maxcess acquired Fives North American Guiding Systems and integrated it into Fife Guiding Systems.
