Melbourne to host first national conference by Australia's merged label and flexo organizations

Recently merged Australian industry group FPLMA (Flexible Packaging & Label Manufacturers Association) will hold its first annual conference and technical forum since it was formed from its two parent organizations.

FPLMA was formed last year by the merger of LATMA and ANZFTA

To be held at Melbourne's Exhibition Centre, the event will be keynoted by marketing strategist Belinda Brosnan and will include other speakers such as Paul Horton of the UK’s Parkside, Ryan Sharratt from Schawk Australia, Uteco’s Joel Kullwitz, Darren Yates of Fuji Xerox and Chris Barry of Esko Australia.

Day 2 of the conference will include a presentation from James Rodden of Gallus on how ‘Demand side is driving change and how technology is trying to keep up’.

At the conclusion of the speaker program, the organization will host its 2017 Awards dinner.
