West Yorkshire-based Northern Labels recently moved into larger premises to help it cope with increased customer demand, which has now led the company to invest in a new high-speed BGM Elite DSR.

This latest addition will ensure that the quality of the plain and custom-printed colour labels the company specializes in remains high so maintaining customer satisfaction, BGM said.

Stuart Wilson, managing director at Northern Labels, said: ‘In 2011 we purchased our first BGM die-cut slitter rewinder, and since then the machine has enabled us to increase our plain label and finishing production dramatically.

‘Our staff find the machine very easy to operate and its reliability is superb; ours has had no breakdowns whatsoever.

‘When we needed additional die-cutting and finishing equipment, given that the machine itself was faultless, the choice was simple. BGM have in the past met all of our needs and so it was an easy decision to place an order for a second system with them.’

Annemarie Rhodes, managing director at BGM, said: ‘Northern Labels is one of the companies with which we have built up a great relationship, and there is no clearer message to potential customers about the quality of our machinery than when clients like them come back to us to place orders for additional machinery.

‘To complement this emphasis on quality, we also pride ourselves on our customer service and do all we can to help businesses set out a clear path to future success. We strongly believe that it is this commitment and dedication to providing the most market-responsive systems that sees customers turn to us time and again.’
