Sureprint Technologies introduces cleaning fluids

A regular participant at Labelexpo Europe, the company has displayed three lines of cleaning liquids and gels including Sureclean series 1200, series 2000 and series 2200. On the first day, Sureprint received serious enquiries from Lebanon, North and South America, Poland, Mexico and Vietnam. 

Happy with the response being received at the show floor, Dhruv Sanon, manager of Sureprint Technologies, said: ‘These are non-acidic solutions that an operator can even touch with bare hands. It is environment friendly and can easily be disposed after use. These cleaners contain special micro bead abrasives which assist in removing stubborn inks while restoring the printing rollers to maximum cell volume.’

He added that while series 2000 is recommended to be used daily to clean anilox rollers, it is mostly sufficient to use series 2200 two or three times a week without worrying about overexposure.  

Sureprint also provides stainless steel brushes for ceramic rollers and brass brushes for chrome plated rollers with these cleaners which they claim are ‘absolutely safe to use on anilox rollers’.
