Wilson Manufacturing, a supplier to the flexographic industry and specialist in machine-sharpened dies, is marking its 35th year in business on July 16.

July 16 marks 35th year in business for Wilson Manufacturing

The company started life as a small, custom manufacturer, and has evolved into a full-service supplier of precision rotary dies, printing cylinders, magnetic tooling and specialty products serving customers in 27 countries worldwide.

Wilson Manufacturing's most widely-recognized contribution is the creation of machine-sharpened rotary dies in 1999. This technological breakthrough has given converters a high-performance alternative for both pressure-sensitive and metal-to-metal applications including booklet dies, vacuum insert dies, air-eject dies, spring plunger dies and male/female box dies.

Todd Westover, sales and marketing director at Wilson Manufacturing, said: ‘For Wilson employees, “Ingenuity on the Cutting Edge”, is a way of life.

‘We are grateful to our customers and industry colleagues who have helped us reach this important milestone. And while it's great to celebrate our achievements, we're more excited to look forward to what's next.’
