DIP Company exhibits disposable liners at Loupe

The company will show how its cleanup-saving approach applies to broader label, packaging and converting operations.

DIP Company has confirmed it will showcase disposable ink pan liners and catch trays at Loupe Americas 2026. The products are designed to help printers and converters simplify cleanup, reduce labor and improve equipment turnaround. The products are used in narrow web flexo, flexible packaging, offset, off-line finishing, laminating and coating applications involving inks, coatings and adhesives.

The company’s disposable pan liners are placed inside pans, trays and related equipment and removed after each run, reducing the need for manual pan washing or reliance on expensive mechanical washing equipment. Depending on the application, cleanup can be reduced to roughly five minutes by turning pan washing into a simple remove-and-replace step. The system also helps reduce mess, chemical usage and natural resource consumption associated with traditional wash-up processes.

As Loupe Americas welcomes flexible packaging companies under its umbrella, Dipco will show how its cleanup-saving approach applies beyond the show’s traditional narrow web flexo audience and into a broader range of label, packaging and converting operations.

'Loupe Americas gives us the opportunity to connect with label converters while introducing flexible packaging companies to a practical, proven way to improve production efficiency,' said Tim Schneider, director of marketing for Dipco.
