Interflex showcases anilox range at Loupe
New plasma spray booth and grinding equipment expand production capacity in 2026.
Interflex Laser Engravers will present its anilox engraving portfolio at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago at booth 518, highlighting its HD Flexo, interrupted channel, UVFlex and custom cell geometry options alongside its technical service capabilities.
Using advanced fiber-optic laser engraving technology, Interflex produces engravings to tolerances of up to 0.0002 in TIR. The company said its specialized cell geometries are designed to improve color density, reduce pinholing and spitting, minimize dot gain and enhance press performance across label and narrow web applications.
The company has invested in new manufacturing equipment in 2026, including a plasma spray booth and advanced grinding equipment, expanding production capacity while maintaining roll quality and turnaround times.
'At Interflex, we have always believed that great engravings are only part of the equation,' said Tim Hawn, president of Interflex Laser Engravers. 'What truly sets us apart is our commitment to being there when our customers need us most. Loupe Americas is a chance for us to spend quality time with customers, learn about their challenges, and continue doing what we have done for the last 30 years: showing up, solving problems, and helping them succeed.'
