Schobertechnologies showcases IML and die-cutting range
RSM IML MX 410 runs live alongside rotary die cutting and punching modules at the Chicago show.
Schobertechnologies will demonstrate its RSM IML MX 410 live at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, alongside a range of rotary die cutting, perforating and punching modules for label and packaging converting applications.
The RSM IML MX 410 is equipped with Single Spider Plus for professional die cutting and automated stacking of in-mold labels, with additional configuration options available based on application requirements.
Also on show will be a rotary die cutting and perforating module designed to process multiple blisters in one sheet or as individual packages from materials including PVC and PET. The high-capacity rotary die-cutting module features a mechanical pre-set and calibrated pressure-load system with a high-precision magnetic cylinder and quick-lifting device, covering web widths up to 1,000 mm and cylinder repeats up to 40 inches.
High-performance punching modules for dense patterns will also be demonstrated, featuring exchangeable punches and dies for punching paper, film and foils as thin as 0.015 mm. Built-in and drop-in punching modules with New Generation line hole punching tools and punch waste removal devices, designed for integration into narrow web printing presses, complete the showcase.
