Other options for the digital printing industry were also on display, including the aptly-named ZeroSet Automated Inspection Workflow, which addresses market needs for inspection on shorter runs and better overall support for digital printing presses. ZeroSet makes possible universal inspection – meaning even very short runs can be automatically inspected – leading to a direct improvement in quality control for jobs that, previously, may have been left uninspected.

The company also officially launched a top-down company rebrand, building upon its name-brand notoriety and market share as an inspection solutions provider, AVT is pivoting its long-term marketing efforts to communicate the overarching workflow options it now offers – ones that extend throughout a broader spectrum of the overall printing process, and provide customers with significantly improved production efficiency and ROI through decreases in both down time and waste. Examples include solutions that address nozzle performance, geometrical and registration control, and inline color control management.
