AVT launches integrated inspection for HP Indigo 8000

The new inspection system connects with the press, automatically pausing printing when detecting a suspected repeating problem. The real time feedback ensures minimal waste and immediate action to resolve the problem, ensuring a smooth production flow. The system can be integrated at the end of the press or after the in-line finishing unit.

Also at the show, the AVT Apollo 20K system is being demonstrated as part of the HP Indigo 20000 digital press, offering 100 percent inspection with various process control and color monitoring features, as well as advanced workflow options.

With AVT’s ZeroSet feature, users of the AVT systems can set up and auto initiate inspection jobs from their Esko Automation Engine, providing seamless quality assurance while changing jobs on the fly.
