PC Industries introduces new systems

The Guardian LSI is aimed at companies looking for an efficient and accurate entry-level inspection system. According to PC Industries, it provides everything needed out of the box to provide inspection for missing labels, and unremoved matrix, and other larger defects. The system is easy to install and has an easy-to-use operator interface, designed around operator feedback. Jobs can be set up quickly with only a few clicks. Defects can be displayed in real time, or reviewed through the Defect Queue, which allows the operator to review and accept or reject flagged labels without stopping the press. Job setup can be saved for later recall on repeat runs, saving the operator even more time. The newest member to the Graphic-Visionfamily, the GV500 Series, provides long-lasting LED lighting, high resolutions color cameras, and a vivid LCD monitor to give operators the best image of the web. It provides all the functionality of the GV500 series web viewers but also offers color measurement and real-time reporting. The most advanced system in the Graphic-Vision 500 Series line, the GV530/Spectro offers motorized traverse with programmed and combination positioning, making it easy for the operator to monitor the most important areas-of-interest on the web.
