The Bizpress will be represented by Arrow Systems in North America, a long-time distributor for Valloy of South Korea. The Bizpress allows users to print in 1200 x 2400 dpi at up to 24 ft/min. Additionally, the Bizpress is able print on even the most fragile of materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and vinyl.

‘The Bizpress brings high-end needs, like continuous production between jobs without cutting, a wider range of media support (PP, PE, PVC, silver-foil, etc.) which cannot be supported by most other LED engines, and the price point is far superior to other 13 inch digital printers,’ said Juan Kim, president of Valloy.

‘The Bizpress will allow customers to print high-resolution files on a compact, easy to use system,’ said Davis Tiburzi, a sales manager at Arrow Systems, Inc. ‘This printer allows for the same resolution as many of the high-end digital printers available but comes in at less than half the price. It’s a really easy choice once you see the system.’

The Bizpress also features an ionizer to help reduce static from materials such as PET and PP.

Arrow Systems and Valloy also will be showcasing a new high-speed blade finishers. The DB-S allows for users to laminate, die cut, remove the matrix, and slit all in-line.

The DB-S also features a ‘slitting mode’ that allows users to slit material at over 180 ft/min. The system also includes an automated web guide that keeps media straight, along with dual rewinders to allow for multiple rolls to be made at once.

The DB-S can also utilize up to four cutting heads, allowing users to cut at higher speeds than any blade finisher currently on the market. The 13” web width makes this finisher the ideal companion to most printing systems.

‘We have found that there is quite a lot of interest in the DB-S blade finisher,’ said Shaan Patel of Arrow Systems. ‘Customers are looking for high speed digital finishing, but their budgets don’t always allow for the implementation of laser. We find that the DB-S is a bank.’
