Vinsak launches LFD350 die-cutter

Vinsak, a division of Creed Engineers, has introduced the LFD350 flatbed die-cutter, writes Aakriti Agarwal.

The Vinsak LFD350 provides a wide range of applications, including die-cutting, creasing, perforating, kiss-cutting, combined embossing and hot foiling, and hologram stamping

The Vinsak LFD350 provides a wide range of applications, including die-cutting, creasing, perforating, kiss-cutting, combined embossing and hot foiling, and hologram stamping.

Two lateral registration sensors and one longitudinal registration sensor ensure high die-cutting accuracy.

It can perform film laminating, hot stamping, die-cutting, punching, waste-off (or slitting) in one pass. It is designed as a piece of auxiliary off-line equipment for flexo, web screen and intermittent rotary presses.

It can process 350mm wide rolls with a speed of 180 pieces per minute, and the maximum die-cutting area is 340 x 340mm.

The machine also uses an automatic cycling oil supply system to ensure stable pressure.

Neeraj Sharma, executive director, Vinsak, said: ‘The die-cutter uses servo motors to start and stop the feed, allowing the platen mechanism to create high-quality cut-offs.

‘The USP of this machine is the cost-effectiveness and the quality of a flatbed with high speed.’
