ePS appoints Henderson as CPO

eProductivity Software brings on a new executive to lead global HR strategy.

eProductivity Software has appointed Mackenzie Henderson as chief people officer, where she will lead the company's global people and HR strategy across all regions.

In this new executive role, Henderson will build on the company's established HR foundations, with a focus on global consistency, strategic partnership with the business and leveraging technology and data to support continued growth. She will work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure the people function remains aligned with long-term business objectives.

Henderson's leadership of the global people function will help ensure ePS teams are aligned, well-supported and able to consistently deliver the service, expertise and innovation customers expect.

'Mackenzie brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to people leadership that aligns strongly with our culture and growth ambitions,' commented Doug Braun, CEO of ePS. 'She understands the importance of building on our strong foundations while continuing to evolve how we support our people and leaders globally. We're excited to welcome her to the executive team.'

Henderson brings more than 10 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in technology organizations. She has held senior HR leadership roles across North America and globally, supporting high-growth businesses through scale, organizational change and acquisitions. Most recently, Henderson served as global HR leader for a project management software organization, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to support growth and operational consistency across regions.

'My values and belief system are strongly rooted in continuous improvement. ePS has a strong HR culture at its foundation, and the opportunity to build on that as the business continues to grow is what motivates me,' explained Henderson. 'My focus is on being a proactive partner to the business: supporting leaders and employees with consistency, clarity and the right tools, while continuing to strengthen the people-first culture that already exists.'

Henderson added: 'As ePS continues to scale globally, my priority is ensuring our people practices are aligned, consistent and supportive of both the business and our employees. That means fine-tuning what works well today and ensuring HR is equipped to support the organization's next phase of growth.'
