Sticwell installs Rhyguan and Luster systems

Sticwell Technologies, a premium label manufacturer based in Noida, Delhi-NCR, has installed a Rhyguan Smart inspection platform and a Luster LabelMaster-F inspection system, both supplied by Flexo Image Graphics, strengthening its quality control capabilities across electronics, healthcare and pathology label applications.

The Rhyguan Smart platform combines label converting, slitting, rewinding and defect inspection in a single system, running at speeds of up to 300m/min with integrated servo-driven tension control to eliminate vibration and prevent substrate stretching.

The Luster LabelMaster-F complements the Rhyguan with 100 percent inspection accuracy, barcode verification, variable data checking and defect detection at speeds of up to 200m/min, using PrintingPlus 6.0 software to identify dirty spots, ink stains, missing print, misregistration, scratches, excessive glue, image blur and varnishing defects, alongside OCR, barcode, QR code and variable data inspection.

Founded in 2014 and grown from a single facility in Uttarakhand to multiple sites across Noida, Sticwell specializes in niche and technically demanding label applications.
