ETI appoints US support manager

Industry veteran Keith Gliesman brings 30 years of converting experience.

ETI Converting Equipment has appointed Keith Gliesman as US technical support manager, strengthening its field service capabilities for converters across the US.

Gliesman brings more than 30 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive materials industry, including 25 years with Avery Dennison, followed by leadership roles with converting equipment suppliers. Recognized as a TLMI Guru, he has built a reputation for deep expertise and practical understanding of materials, applications and converting processes.

In his new role, Gliesman will work alongside US sales manager Richard Hoffmann, diagnosing production challenges, fine-tuning equipment performance and helping operators maximize their machinery. He will also identify opportunities where equipment enhancements or upgrades could expand production capabilities.

'Keith's appointment reflects our commitment to providing responsive, expert support where our customers need it most,' said Baudry Bayzelon, sales director at ETI Converting Equipment. 'His depth of experience and practical approach will bring real value to converters across the US.'

'I've built my career around understanding what actually happens on the production floor, the challenges converters face every day,' Gliesman noted. 'ETI's integrated approach to coating and converting opens up new possibilities, and I'm looking forward to bringing that perspective to customers in the field.'
