Flexcon appoints Doug Dentler CFO

Flexcon has appointed Doug Dentler as chief financial officer, where he will oversee global financial strategy, enterprise planning and fiscal operations as the company advances its growth and innovation agenda.

Dentler brings more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams and leading financial functions across public and private manufacturing and industrial organizations. He most recently served as CFO at VanDeMark Chemical, where he led finance, accounting, information technology and human resources.

At VanDeMark Chemical, Dentler partnered with the board and ownership group to communicate financial strategies, strengthen operational processes and align decisions with organizational objectives.

Prior to VanDeMark, Dentler held senior finance leadership roles at global Fortune 500 companies, including positions in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, operational finance and controllership.

Dentler holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University.
