Swed/Cut doctor blades in the UK

The Swedish company Swedev AB, which supplies doctor blades for the printing industry under the trademark Swed/Cut, has recently reached an agreement with its distributor in the UK and Ireland – CFM Ltd – to take over the distribution of the Swedev doctor blades for the UK and Ireland as of September 18 2006.

For this purpose, Swedev AB has established Swedev (UK) Ltd, based at 69-73 Camberwell Station Road, London SE5 9JZ (tel: 44 (0)20 7733 0646; fax: 44 (0)20 7733 2368). Swedev (UK) Ltd will take over the sales and service of Swedev products from this date. Swedev (UK) Ltd is located in the same building as Burton Saw Ltd, also a member of the Munkfors Industri AB group.

Mr Erik Mnsson, managing director of Swedev AB, says that this mutually agreed transfer of the distribution in the UK demonstrates a further commitment to the UK market by Swedev AB through their own wholly-owned subsidiary.
