Color-Logic launches free estimator

Color-Logic, the distributor for Visualis3R, has released Eve, a free web-based embellishment cost estimator designed for printers worldwide.

The platform enables printers to model substrate plus CMYK inks or toners for embellishment jobs, then add hits with special colors and stack treatments including foil, emboss, varnish, lamination and Scodix/Duplo applications.

Eve does not use artificial intelligence, does not suggest customer pricing and does not collect, store, analyze or share data. The platform does not require learning models, use cloud profiling or rely on industry averages.

The estimator offers translation into 133 languages using an intuitive language selector, with the entire user interface dynamically adapting to ensure printers and production teams can work in their preferred language.

Developed as a companion for the forthcoming Visualis3R platform, Eve is designed to integrate with Visualis3R to calculate embellishment costs, including foils, varnishes and specialty finishes, directly during job planning and production.
