EyeC-America expands into Brazil

The print inspection specialist appoints a dedicated regional representative to support Latin America's growing market.

EyeC-America has expanded its presence in Latin America with a dedicated focus on Brazil, appointing Fernando Dablantes as regional sales manager for the country.

Dablantes brings experience in the print inspection market, having previously supported EyeC's customers in Canada. In his new role, he will develop partnerships with local press and rewinder manufacturers and help customers implement quality control technologies. He holds a Technical Engineering Diploma from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.

'Brazil's print and packaging industry continues to grow rapidly, and having local representation allows us to directly support that momentum with the same precision, reliability, and service quality our customers expect from EyeC,' said Roy Jiménez, managing director of EyeC México.

Founded in 2003, EyeC-America is the North American subsidiary of EyeC GmbH and operates from St. Charles, Illinois. It currently has more than 3,000 inspection systems in use worldwide across pharmaceutical companies, printers and brand goods manufacturers, with sales partners in over 100 countries.

To mark its entry into the Brazilian market, EyeC-America will exhibit at ExpoPrint & ConverFlexo 2026 in São Paulo from March 24-28, showcasing its in-line and off-line inspection systems, including the EyeC Proofiler line of table-top scanners.
