HiFlow Solutions launches AI estimating platform

HiFlow Solutions has launched HiFlow Quote, an AI-powered estimating platform designed for folding carton, flexible packaging, corrugated and label converters, offering standalone deployment on existing ERP infrastructure.

The system automatically extracts estimating parameters from incoming requests for quote arriving via email, PDF or portal submission, including product dimensions, substrate specifications, print requirements, quantities, coatings, finishes and delivery timelines. It also identifies missing information and generates clarification requests automatically before pricing begins.

'Traditional estimating workflows depend on internal handoffs between departments, email exchanges and manual data entry, which slows down the quoting process and creates hidden operational costs,' said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions. 'HiFlow Quote removes those bottlenecks by automatically extracting information from order inquiries and generating structured estimates instantly.'

The platform provides cost breakdowns across materials, labor, machine time, tooling and overhead, and optimizes imposition layouts, material usage and package dimensions. A centralized data repository captures estimating knowledge, reducing reliance on individual expertise and protecting organizational knowledge when senior staff leave.

Because HiFlow Quote is built on the same platform as HiFlow ERP, manufacturers can activate additional modules, including production scheduling, inventory management and purchase order processing without data migration when business needs expand.
