Young Managers announce global conference program

The Finat Young Managers Club (YMC) has unveiled the full list of speakers for its first global conference, to be held in Berlin, Germany, between 28-30 November 2012. The Global YMC Congress is open to both YMC members and non-members, and takes place at the Westin Hotel.
The first day of the conference kicks off with a workshop entitled ‘Next Generation or new Generation?’ led by Renate Kenter of Dutch-based consultancy de Ruijter Strategie bv. Labels & Labeling’s Mike Fairley then discusses ‘Developing an environmental management policy that makes economic and business sense’. A workshop on decision making led by Dr Isabel M. Welpe of the Munich University of Technology is followed by a networking dinner.
Day Two starts with a workshop on strategic planning moderated by Alex Elezaj, TLMI/Whitlam Label Company, USA, after which Sandeep Zaveri, president of the Indian Label Association (LMAI) looks at opportunities and challenges in the Indian label market.
A timely presentation on ‘Burnout – How to recognize, to prevent and to deal with it’, will be delivered by Prof Dr Ulrich Hegerl, Klinik für Psychiatrie & Psychotherapie at the Leipzig University. The final session is a workshop entitled ‘Collaboration between international companies’, led by Santiago Mirabet, Mirabet Consulting.
