CRG executives to present PSTC webinar

Channeled Resources Group president Cindy White and sales manager Ginnie Gandy will present a webinar through the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council's Women in the Tape Industry program on August 11, 2026, sharing perspectives on career development, family and allyship in manufacturing.

The 45-minute session, titled Ladder to leadership: Navigating career, family and allyship in manufacturing, will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q&A session. White and Gandy, a mother-daughter pair, will discuss building a career in a traditionally male-dominated industry, sponsorship, parental leave, active allyship and balancing career and family.

Chicago-based Channeled Resources Group is a women-owned, third-generation family business manufacturing release liners, shipping and warehouse labels, pressure-sensitive roll labelestock and reprocessed coated and laminated papers and films.

'Manufacturing has changed a lot over the course of my career, but there is still important work to do when it comes to making sure women are supported, heard and given opportunities to grow,' said White.
