New Hampshire-based label manufacturer Electronic Imaging Materials recently expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Melinda Garland as marketing manager and Erin Temmen as sales manager.
Garland will lead the marketing team. Garland brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand and digital strategy. Previously, she served as the executive director of marketing and digital strategy at Antioch University, where she led a high-performing marketing and digital strategy team responsible for comprehensive, data-driven marketing and communications strategies to achieve enrollment goals and strengthen the university’s brand and reputation. In this new role, Garland will oversee all marketing and communications activities to amplify EIM’s market reach, strengthen its brand and support revenue growth.
'Melinda brings a rare combination of strategic vision, deep marketing expertise and proven leadership,' said Jason Wilder, EIM’s director of finance, quality and sales. 'Her track record of building high-performing teams and delivering data-driven results makes her the ideal person to lead our marketing efforts as we continue to grow our brand and expand our market reach.'
EIM also promoted Temmen to lead the sales and customer service teams. Temmen brings years of experience as an account manager at EIM, serving clients in industrial, supply chain, laboratory and other sectors, as well as over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing and community involvement roles in technology, higher education and wholesale. She will be responsible for expanding market reach, improving customer success and developing business growth initiatives.
'Erin has consistently demonstrated strong product knowledge and has shown a commitment to advocating for our customers’ needs,' said Wilder. 'Her leadership, initiative and dedication make her well-positioned to guide the team to continued growth and success.'
A focus on internal leadership promotions has long been important to EIM. Alex Henkel, EIM’s president, said: 'Many of our directors, supervisors and technical experts have risen to their leadership roles via internal promotion, and we are excited to celebrate each opportunity for ongoing growth in our company.'
'We are excited to have Melinda and Erin in our organization,' said Wilder. 'Their combined expertise in marketing and sales aligns with our company’s strategic goals for 2026 growth and are a welcome addition to our leadership team.'
