LFP Industrial Solutions appoints new COO

LFP Industrial Solutions has appointed Wojciech Kazimierczak as chief operating officer, promoting an internal candidate with nearly seven years of experience across the company's key operational areas.

Based in Wroclaw, LFP Industrial Solutions is a Polish distributor of Durst equipment, serving the label, corrugated, textile and wide-format printing markets with equipment, software and service support.

Kazimierczak joined LFP in a service coordination role before progressing through customer collaboration, project management and an international position as refurbishment program manager, before most recently serving as a lean management specialist focused on process optimization. The breadth of experience across both technical and commercial functions forms the basis of his appointment to the COO role.

'The most important thing for me is that LFP is a partner that not only implements solutions but truly understands its customers' businesses,' said Kazimierczak. 'I want to focus even more strongly on building value, improving processes and making cooperation with us simply easy and predictable.'

Kazimierczak holds degrees from the University of Szczecin and the Military University of Land Forces in Wroclaw, and has completed postgraduate studies in controlling, management accounting and lean management at the Wroclaw University of Economics, a discipline he describes as shaping his approach both professionally and personally.
