All4Labels publishes 2024 sustainability report

Innovation remains at the core of the company’s journey, serving as a powerful driver of change.

All4Labels Global Packaging Group has released its 2024 Global Sustainability Report outlining key progress and measurable impact across the company’s holistic Product, Planet, and People (3Ps) Business Model, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to sustainable transformation.

All4Labels continues to empower its customers with tailored, end-to-end technologies that are not only high-performing but also environmentally responsible.

Dr Guenther Weymans, CEO of All4Labels, commented: ‘Over the years, we have embedded sustainability into the DNA of our business strategy. This approach has enabled us to drive meaningful progress, not only in reducing our environmental footprint but also in setting new standards for product innovation and people development. The results achieved in 2024 reflect this evolution and mark a critical step forward as we now accelerate our transformation journey toward 2030. Our vertical expertise across sectors like food, home, personal care, healthcare and industry allows us to deliver bespoke, sustainable solutions that respond to future challenges, today.’

In 2024, All4Labels advanced significantly across all three dimensions of its sustainability strategy. On the Product side, the company launched StarDirect, an innovative no-label look decoration that eliminates the need for traditional printing substrates, dramatically reducing plastic use and waste. Responsible sourcing efforts were also reinforced, with a 56 percent increase in supplier self-assessments compared to 2023.

From the Planet perspective, All4Labels was awarded one Platinum and four Gold EcoVadis medals and received its first-ever global CDP recognition, with a B rating for Climate and B- ratings for Water and Forests, covering all operational sites.

In terms of the People vertical, the company recorded a 5 percent year-on-year reduction in Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), conducted 18,600 safety walks—a 23 percent increase from 2023—and established a dedicated ESG Committee to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability.

These achievements are underpinned by a strong innovation engine, which All4Labels sees as the key enabler of sustainable progress in the packaging industry.

The company continues to invest in cutting-edge technologies and responsible materials to develop labels that are tailored, scalable, and ready for high-volume, real-world implementation.

Gabriela Neves Ferri, global vice president of sustainability, added: ‘We don’t just talk about innovation, we fund it, build it, and deliver it at scale. In 2024 alone, we invested over 5 million EUR into innovation initiatives, reaffirming our role as sustainability pioneers in packaging. Looking ahead, we have set an ambitious target for 2030: to launch 35 new innovative label solutions and to double the market impact of our patented technologies. By combining deep technical expertise with thoughtful material selection, we are not only engineering products that perform, but products with purpose.’
