Applied Rigaku to highlight coat weight systems at Loupe

Applied Rigaku Technologies has confirmed it will present its NEX QC II Series benchtop coat weight analyzers and NEX LS in-line silicone coat weight control system at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, at booth 266.

The second-generation NEX QC II Series is designed for at-line or laboratory verification of silicone coat weight and metal catalysts, including ultra-low coating weights, with fast results and simplified operation for production and quality control teams. The NEX LS provides continuous, real-time inline coat weight monitoring across the entire roll, enabling production teams to respond more quickly to variation and reduce waste.

'With the new NEX QC II, we can show how operations get silicone coat weight results in seconds, and with the NEX LS in-line system, how they can monitor coat weight in real time,' said Robert Bartek, president at Applied Rigaku Technologies.
