‘My career at FTA has been both professionally and personally rewarding, enabling me to work with our dedicated staff members to serve and support an incredible industry filled with passionate people,’ Pareso said. ‘I’m anxious to continue and expand that work in this new capacity.’

Brad has degrees in journalism and economics from Pennsylvania State University. He joined FTA in 2013 as managing editor of Flexo magazine. In 2017, he was promoted to the role of content manager and digital strategist, expanding his responsibilities tied to content creation and assuming oversight of FTA’s website and digital properties. In 2019, he added the association’s marketing to his scope with his promotion to director of content and digital strategy.

‘Brad has a great combination of strong operational skills, and a genuine focus on collaboration, culture and development. After working in a variety of roles, he truly appreciates our company culture and the industry in which we operate,’ Cisternino added. ‘We are excited for Brad to step into his new role, and we’re confident this promotion will enable our leadership team to focus even more on serving our members and the industry.’
