GEW strengthens customer service

Marcus Greenbrook takes new role of director, sales and service, at GEW

GEW has enhanced its customer service operations by strengthening the link between the sales and service areas of the business. Marcus Greenbrook, previously director, international sales at GEW, has now taken on the new role of director, sales and service.

Greenbrook has been part of the sales team at GEW since 2004. Prior to this he was service manager, having joined the company in 1998. His experience in both fields means that ‘he is perfectly suited to this broad management role’, according to the company.

Malcolm Rae, managing director at GEW, commented: ‘You cannot have a strong sales department without the support of an exemplary customer service operation. This decision to link the two departments even closer will further reinforce the focus we have on our customers, to ensure that we continue to deliver the swift and highly responsive service levels they demand.

‘Marcus is well respected in the industry and he has a wealth of knowledge of both UV Arc and UV LED systems, enabling him to give sound and practical advice regarding both curing technologies.’
